No paint delivered

I would leave a positive comment as we regularly use Farrow & Ball paints. However on this occasion, FedEx say our delivery has been made, but we have not received our paints.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service- paint was delivered the next day after ordering in well secured box. The paint is amazing- wonderful depth of colour. No horrible paint fumes.

Excellent ordering and delivery

I ordered my paint and it was sent very quickly, well packaged and although the courier F&B use do not have a detailed timeline re delivery ie only give you the day and not the time of delivery, they have now got the point and will leave in a safe place. Haven’t used the paint yet but have been using F&B for years with no problems.

Excellent customer experience.

Much needed advice and guidance. Although the colour of the paint was unavailable in store, order placed. Delivery was made before the expected date. Will have no hesitation to purchase paint in store again in the future.

Staff are pretty rude in the Wimbledon…

Staff are pretty rude in the Wimbledon store. When I went in and asked for Duck green she sniffed at me 'a tester pot?'. I said 'No I would like 2.5 litres' she silently went and got the paint - put in the counter did the till - then sniffily turned away without the customary 'thanks etc'. I looked at the other shop assistant who said 'thanks bye' very politely as if making up for the rude one. not very impressed. I love your paint Farrow and Ball don’t get me wrong but your staff should make customers feel welcome !

Terrible customer service

It took them 6 days to get back to my email and when they did the response was utterly useless. I asked if they could tell me how many rolls of wallpaper I needed for my four walls. Gave them the exact W/L/H dimensions of the room. They said they needed the size of each wall. Say what? How lazy can you get!? I just gave you the **exact dimensions**. Then I asked if a particular wallpaper would work for a small, dark room. Instead of answering that question, they said they could send me a sample (which I already have!!!!). For a company that charges $280 per roll, I expect nothing but the best customer service. Not the type of lazy and sub-par service I received. Reflects very badly on this brand. And I've been using their wallpapers and paint for years. What a shame.

Poor coverage

The colour was perfect, however I was not very happy with the coverage.
The wall was a new wall, new boards, new plaster etc. I mist coated the wall with 2 coats of paint, but then it took 5 coats of the F&B to give a full even coverage. Not what I expected if I am honest and disappointed with my first purchase
